Greenfield High School Deadline: Friday, November 22nd, 2019 by 3:00 PM

Schedule Appointments in the Summer, before the school year begins if possible.

It is best to get Senior Photos taken by October 15th to ensure your photographer has ample time to get the images retouched and submitted to the school in time to meet the deadline.

Submission Guidelines:

  •  Image labeled with student's name and saved as a jpeg @300dpi (resolution)
  • Size: about 2 MB - Send edited version from Photographer or original file size from camera
  • Must be traditional head and shoulders image (portrait)
  • Background options need to be school appropriate

Watch out for the following:

  • Image Submission: Screenshots from phone of computer are not large enough
  • No hats or hoods
  • No Props (advisor discretion)
  • No Hands (advisor discretion)
  • Only 1 person per photo
  • The school reserves the right to reject or crop any pictures that do not meet the criteria

During the first week of November a list will be published with names of seniors who have turned in their pictures. The list will be posted outside the main office and room 140 (Photo/MAC Lab)

It is the senior student's responsibility to check this list for his or her name.

**It is NOT the responsibility of the photographer to submit your photo, it is the student's. Please confirm with your photographer and make sure they have this sheet for acceptance.
